"1101 out of 1747 planned facilities in the Donetsk oblast have been fully prepared for winter. Work is being carried out only where the security situation allows", - the Telegram channel "Donbass.Vazhno" reports.
According to the Oblast Military Administration, as of today, 973 out of 1,516 residential buildings (64%), 46 out of 79 social infrastructure facilities (58%), and 37 out of 70 boiler houses (53%) are ready for operation.
Preparations for the heating season also include the repair of water supply and sewage networks, pumping stations, inspections of specialized equipment, and road repairs.
According to the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, UAH 48.2 million has been allocated for preparations for the autumn-winter season.
