Russian dictator putin has signed a law that allows the head of state, by decision of the leader of the russian federation, to use the armed forces of the russian federation to protect russians who have been detained, arrested, or prosecuted abroad based on rulings by foreign courts. The document was published on Monday on the official legal information portal of the russian federation, according to russian media reports on May 26.

"The amendments are aimed at protecting the rights of russian citizens in cases of their detention, arrest, or criminal prosecution based on decisions of foreign courts or international judicial bodies, if their jurisdiction is not based on international treaties of the russian federation or resolutions of the UN Security Council", - propagandists wrote.
