European Parliament member Rebecca Harms said that the Russian Federation was responsible for the MH17 accident. She wrote it on Twitter, commenting on the international consequences of the information that the plane was shot down by Russian Buk missile that had been brought to Ukraine from Russia, - reports UNIAN.
"As there are no private Buks, the Russian Federation is responsible for MH17," - she wrote.
