Russia wants to deploy another 20 thousand troops in Ukraine to prepare a new spring-summer offensive in the southeast of the country, said Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine Vadym Skibitskyi in an interview with the Financial Times, reports Hromadske.
