“We confirm Ukraine’s readiness for an Easter ceasefire. It remains in force. And for an energy ceasefire as well. If russia stops its strikes, then Ukraine is ready for a reciprocal response”, - said the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhii Tykhyi, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
According to him, the Middle East has demonstrated that such agreements can work, “even with regimes like the Iranian one”, which for many years has demonstrated a lack of constructiveness.
Earlier Ukraine submitted to the United States a request for russia regarding an Easter ceasefire.
