According to his information, checkpoints have been set up at the exits from the city. “They stop everyone moving in both directions for a full inspection”, - the statement says.
It was also reported that on the night of April 8, explosions occurred and fires broke out in the center of occupied Luhansk. At the same time, the leader of the “LNR” stated that during the nighttime shelling of Luhansk, only the residential sector was affected.
