“The enemy is attacking Dnipro. A multi-storey building has been damaged. According to preliminary data, there are casualties. The consequences are being clarified”, - said the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha.
Later, he reported that, according to preliminary data, 5 people were injured as a result of the attack.
“Five people were wounded as a result of the russian attack on Dnipro. Apartments on the second and third floors of the multi-storey building caught fire”, - Hanzha noted.
