“The enemy’s attack continues. Energy facilities of the Chernihiv oblast are under strike”, - wrote the head of the Chernihiv Oblast Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, on his Facebook page on September 26.
At present, several facilities have been hit.
“Interruptions in electricity supply in Chernihiv and the Chernihiv district. Stay in safe places. Air defense is operational”, - Chaus added.
As reported by the patrol police of Chernihiv oblast, due to the power outage in Chernihiv, some traffic lights are temporarily not working.
In addition, “Chernihivvodokanal” enterprise informs that on September 26 at 13:40 all facilities of the enterprise were de-energized.
Moreover, some trains are delayed in the region. According to Ukrainian Railways, the following services are delayed by one hour: Chernihiv — Nizhyn, Nizhyn — Chernihiv, Nizhyn — Konotop, Konotop — Nizhyn.
