This was stated by U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance in a comment to Clash Report on May 19.
"It seems that зutin doesn’t quite know how to get out of the war in Ukraine. If russia is not ready to engage, then ultimately the U.S. has to say this is not our war", - Vance said.
In his assessment, there are "so many different obstacles" in resolving the war that "it's hard to single out anything specific".
