Russian occupiers shelled Kharkiv and Derhachi in the Kharkiv oblast on the morning of May 10. This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, and the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov, on Telegram.
"Kharkiv hears explosions. Be careful!" - Terekhov wrote at 3:31 a.m.
Later, he reported that the strike hit a residential area.
"There is information about fires in private residential houses", - noted the mayor.
"At 03:20 a.m, the occupiers struck Kharkiv. Fires broke out in three private houses. Preliminary, 12 private residential houses were damaged. Two people were injured: an 11-year-old child and a 72-year-old woman - acute stress reaction. Everywhere - exclusively civilian infrastructure and residential area!" - Synehubov wrote.
He also reported that the occupiers struck Derhachi in the Kharkiv oblast.
"Information has been received about one casualty. A fire broke out at the site of the strike on a private house. Emergency services are dealing with the consequences", - Synehubov said regarding Derhachi.
