Explosions rocked Chernihiv on Wednesday, April 17th. There are reports of casualties and injuries. This was announced by the head of the Oblast Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, on Telegram.
"Not a good morning in the Chernihiv oblast! The enemy has launched three missile strikes almost on the center of the city. There are civilian casualties, and many are injured. Rescue teams and medical personnel are currently working. All necessary assistance is being provided. A headquarters has been established, and all necessary assistance will be provided. Detailed information will be provided later. Russia is a terrorist! Terrorists must be destroyed!" - Chaus stated.
Local media outlets have reported at least three explosions in Chernihiv.
