The Danish government intends to construct psychological rehabilitation centers in Ukraine for children who have lost parental care; the centers will be built in three pilot Ukrainian cities. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy's press service.

It is noted that these centers will be integrated into the communities of the selected cities. Currently, there are negotiations ongoing between the Danish side and the local authorities of the chosen communities.

The project "Spaces for Children's Lives" envisages providing children with comprehensive support services, such as psychosocial support. The establishment of social spaces and recreational areas, which will be used by both residents of the complex and other community members, is also planned. The project also includes the construction of bomb shelters. All facilities will eventually be handed over to local communities. The project's implementation is scheduled for four years.
