Residents of the occupied Avdiivka will be able to participate in the presidential elections of the russian federation. This was announced by the "Chairman of the Election Commission of the DNR" Vladimir Vysotsky.
According to him, all conditions for the participation of the inhabitants of the ravaged city in the illegal elections on the occupied territories have been created.
It is not reliably known how many civilians remained in the city at the time of the occupation. Obviously, participating in the presidential elections of the aggressor country is not their most pressing concern.
