In the Donetsk oblast, the enemy shelled civilian areas 21 times within a day, resulting in five people sustaining injuries and 90 civilian objects being damaged. This information was reported by the regional police.
"Within the day, the enemy shelled civilian areas 21 times, and the contact line 1556 times. Thirteen populated areas were under attack, including the cities of Zalizne, Krasnohorivka, Kurakhove, Kostiantynivka, Selydove, Chasiv Yar, the village of Hostre, and the settlements of Zakitne, Maksymilianivka, Nykyforivka, Novopokrovske, Novoselivka Persha, and Predtechyne. The invaders used air bombs like KAB-500, KAB-250, a hybrid missile Grom-E1, SAM S-300, and artillery against civilians", - the report stated.
It was noted that 90 civilian objects were damaged, including 30 residential houses, a train station, a church, post office, cafe, pharmacy, medical institutions, educational establishments, administrative buildings, stores, and market stalls.
Kostiantynivka was attacked eight times with a guided air bomb and seven missiles. A woman was injured, and the city's infrastructure suffered extensive damage, with 23 residential houses affected.
In Zakitne, Kurakhove, Maksymilianivka, and Chasiv Yar, four more people sustained injuries due to enemy shelling. Selydove was hit by a Grom-E1 missile, causing damage to a cafe, but there were no reports of casualties.
It was also reported that 247 people, including 94 children, were evacuated from the front-line zone within the day.
