Russian occupiers fired on residential areas in the Donetsk oblast 19 times on February 20. From the front line, 122 people were evacuated, including 23 children. This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
He also provided an update on the operational situation in the region as of the morning of February 21.
"The Pokrovsk district. In the Marinka community, one person died in Kostiantynivka, a house was damaged in Krasnohorivka. In the Kurakhove community, two private houses were damaged in Hanivka. In the Novohrodivka community, the administration building in Memryk was destroyed. During the night, russians fired three shells at Dobropillia: injured 2 people, damaged 7 multi-story buildings.
The Kramatorsk district. Kramatorsk was subjected to rocket attacks - 6 people were injured, at least 12 multi-story buildings were damaged. In the Lyman community, 4 private houses were damaged: 2 in Yampil, 1 each in Zakitne and Ivanivka. In the Kostiantynivka community, 2 houses were damaged in Predtechyne.
The Bakhmut district. In the Toretsk community, 2 houses were damaged: in Toretsk and Niu-York. In the Chasiv Yar community, 3 private houses and 2 industrial buildings were damaged", - reported the OMA head.
It is worth noting that in Kramatorsk, the number of injured increased as a result of shelling on February 20, and efforts are underway to rescue a person from the rubble.
